By stepping into the Cannibal Isles & Co website (cannibalislesfiji.com), you agree to follow these rules of the digital jungle. Ignore them at your peril … just kidding, but seriously, read on. 

1. Who We are
Cannibal Isles & Co (“we”, “us”, “our”) is your cheeky purveyor of art, merch and other curiosities. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to our site and any purchases you make.

 

2. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting, browsing, or using our site, you:

  • agree to these Terms & Conditions
  • agree to our Privacy Policy
  • confirm you are old enough to legally use our site (or have a responsible grown-up with you)

If you disagree… well, you might want to paddle back to calmer waters. 

 

3. Your Account & Responsibilities
If you create an account:

  • Keep your login secret (no sharing with other pirates!)
  • Notify us if you suspect unauthorised access
  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for misbehaviour. 

 

4. Website Use Rules
You promise to:

  • Use the site legally (no hacking, spamming, or skullduggery)
  • Respect our content, we spent treasure creating it!

Violators may be banned from the site and possibly sued.

 

5. Purchases & Payments
When you buy our art, merch, treasures or engage our services:

  • Prices listed or provided may change without warning
  • Payments are processed securely by trusted partners (we never store full card info)
  • All sales are final unless otherwise stated

Shipping & Delivery
We try our best to delivery your goods safely, but delays can happen (storms, pirates, etc). You are responsible for providing correct delivery information.

 

6. Intellectual Property
All content on the site; images, artwork, text, logos, designs and cheeky ideas, is all owned by Cannibal Isles & Co.

We may link to external websites. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, policies or hidden sea monsters. 

 

8. Limitation of Liability
We work hard to provide a smooth sailing experience, but we aren’t liable for:

  • Any damages from using the site
  • Lost orders or delayed deliveries
  • Technical difficulties, including storms in the digital seas

Basically, use at your own risk, but we try to make it fun & safe!

 

9. Indemnity
You agree to protect us if you misuse the site or breach these Terms and cover any losses, damages or fines we incur as a result.

 

 10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of FIJI, because that’s where our Cannibal Isles adventures begin. Any disputes will be handled in Fijian Courts.
